Supportive team Culture
Providing care in the home can be lonely and feel isolating. Not with Agape. We have a team of Care Coordinators made up of Registered Nurses and Clinical Officers who are here to support you and are just a phone call away. Since their education level and professional experience is beyond that of a CNA or HCA, they can provide powerful and comforting guidance to ensure you feel confident every day on the job. The Care Coordinators are also augmented and supported by a team of field operators including Mobile Care Professionals who are there to pick up shifts for you if you need a break and County Leads who provide mentorship to you locally. Our team is available to you 7am - 9pm weekdays and 9am - 5pm on weekends so you will always feel supported.

However, if you’re looking to be a part of a bigger vision that transcends you, you’re in the right place and Agape would love to work with you to understand your unique calling even if it isn’t particularly with in home care. Our vision is so vast that we must continue to expand and that means expansion into new territories as well as new markets. In 2025 we expanded into the Senior Placements industry as building the first of many Adult Family Homes we will service. Agape vision fund support
From the day of our foundation, we created the idea of a Vision Fund. The why behind it is that we know how frustrating it can be to have dreams but be held back from those dreams by finances. We can’t promise the moon, but since it’s founding, we’ve fulfilled over $100,000 in zero interest payroll advances and we aim to do more. We are currently exploring a more formal non-profit structure we’ll call a benevolent fund that will allow for tax advantaged donations to be made by outside contributors so that we could move from funding smaller things such as down payments on cars, rent deposits, replacement car batteries and school fees to fueling larger dreams such as down payments on home purchases, seed investments for businesses or tuition reimbursement for college.
